If you paid in cash at the counter for a delivery order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method on file or provide store credit as needed, subject to verification.
Quality and food safety. We take food safety and quality seriously. If a refund is granted due to quality concerns, we may request evidence such as photos of the item or packaging to help us improve. Any consumable item consumed in part is generally not eligible for a partial refund, unless the remaining portion cannot be safely consumed or the issue is clearly attributable to preparation or handling on our side.
Promotions and exclusions. Promotional discounts, bundles, and loyalty points used during purchase affect the final refund amount.
